- So far, David’s Duralast battery has been performing well so far. He saw many electrical faults on his dashboard and felt it would be a good idea to test the old battery first. That was the issue, no charge retention, and with the Duralast battery, no more dash electrical issues. Employees were really helpful in diagnosing the problem and installing a new battery.

It was also 115 degrees outside! Anyway, it took about 40 minutes to install, and the salesman never complained. Everything functioned well when it was installed.
- Overall, the Duralast battery performs excellently. Kris’s vehicle was hesitant to start. She’d been to AutoZone twice to have the battery, alternator, and starter checked out using the equipment they had on hand. For whatever reason, the two visits confirmed that the battery was in good condition. She has read on a Cadillac forum that these cars are notorious for having electrical problems.
Long story short, after purchasing a new alternator, she chose to replace the battery first for obvious reasons. Kris was happy with his purchase.
